Quality Control

We are looking for a “Quality Control” for Australian projects to expand and grow our team.

We expect:

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level;
• At least 6 months of experience as a Quality Assurance or in the same positions;
• Ability to work remotely;

Our responsibilities will be:

• Checking oral and written communication of our Agents for compliance with the company’s requirements and standards;
• Analyzing working processes and creating daily reports;
• Creating and providing information to different departments;
