Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a “Customer Support Representative” for Australian projects to expand and grow our team.
We expect:
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level +;
- At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Support or in the same positions;
- Ability to work remotely;
Our responsibilities will be:
- Offering consultation and advice to our customers via chats, business correspondence via corporate mail on technical issues;
- Work with CRM;
- Creating and providing information to different departments;
