Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a “Customer Support Representative” for Australian projects to expand and grow our team.

We expect:

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level +;
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Support or in the same positions;
  • Ability to work remotely;

Our responsibilities will be:

  • Offering consultation and advice to our customers via chats, business correspondence via corporate mail on technical issues;
  • Work with CRM;
  • Creating and providing information to different departments;
