Account Manager
We seek an “Account Manager” for Australian projects to expand and grow our team.
We expect:
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level +;
- At least 6 months of experience as a Call Center Agent or in the same positions;
- Ability to work remotely;
Our responsibilities will be:
- Offering consultation and advice on customer products;
- Managing income-related correspondence;
- Work with CRM and IP telephony;
- Creating and providing information to different departments;
We offer:
- Remote work;
- Schedule 5/2: Tuesday-Friday, from 09:00 am to 06:00pm Manila time zone;
- Paid training and adaptation period;
