Account Manager

We seek an “Account Manager” for Australian projects to expand and grow our team.

We expect:

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level +;
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Call Center Agent or in the same positions;
  • Ability to work remotely;

Our responsibilities will be:

  • Offering consultation and advice on customer products;
  • Managing income-related correspondence;
  • Work with CRM and IP telephony;
  • Creating and providing information to different departments;

  • Schedule 5/2: Tuesday-Friday, from 09:00 am to 06:00pm Manila time zone;
